Vacation Plus: Access Arrangement

Service Description

With this service you will receive both Exterior and Interior photos of the vacation rental property. Access arrangements for this service will be made between the registered guest and rental host. Ten minimum exterior photos required (1) Street sign photo (1) address photo (1) front view photo towards property (1) front view photo opposite from property (1) RT-side view photo (1) RT-property adjacent photo (1) LT-side view photo (1) LT-property adjacent photo (2) Street view photos in opposite directions. (1) rear view photo. Interior Plus requires two photo in each room including kitchen and garage. This service allows you the comfort of knowing what to expect prior to your arrival. You will have insight of the property exterior and interior conditions and the community's atmosphere in real time. Our rating checklist will be provided to you along with the order photos. Included in this report, you will have the approximately distance to the nearest airport and bus terminal. The rating will give you an indication of traffic noise and any security concerns. During booking, you can make special request to be added in the checklist that's tailored to your specific needs. You will receive your photos and rating check list by e-mail within 24 hours after the interior access is granted by the property host. Note: Inclement weather (Hurricane or Storms) may delay some orders

Cancellation Policy

The only bookings that can be canceled are the ones that was booked in advance of more than 24 hours. All other cancelations are prohibited and will not be allowed.
