In 2015 Ronald and Essie Dismuke created ZZipit LLC, a mobile application developed with the concept to bring urban communities together on a social U.S. zip-code platform. In 2017, ZZipit was rebranded to Zipurban LLC, (In App-Stores) The Zipurban mobile platform allow users to rate businesses that render service in urban zip-codes. "Onsite Photo Verification" is a separate entity under the Zipurban's umbrella. We would like to thank you for visiting this website. We are team Zipurban, an urban community platform application based out of Valrico, FL, but operates nationwide and abroad.
Advisor & Founder Ronald Dismuke
Ronald Dismuke attended Bethune Cookman University in Daytona Beach Florida. Mr. Dismuke started his career in Law Enforcement, He was employed with Florida D.O.T.- M.C.C. for a tenure of 15 years. Prior to his retirement in 2004, Mr. Dismuke invested in real-estate and also became the proud owner and operator of Property Line Diagnostics, a services company located in Tampa Florida. Mr. & Mrs. Ronald Dismuke is the founders of Zipurban LLC. Mr. Dismuke has the role of an advisor at Zipurban's Photo Verification and doesn't receive any financial compensation while occupying this role.

Mrs. Dismuke attended DBCC before residing in Tampa FL, Mrs. Dismuke worked as an administrator with Barnett Bank and Verizon communications with 23 years of experience. Mrs. Dismuke retired in 2020 from Frontier / Verizon to manage Zipurban's Photo Verification bookkeeping and records department. Mrs. Dismuke doesn't receive any financial compensation while in her role at Zipurban's Photo Verification.
Director Zone 3 Gilbert White
Mr. Gilbert White, has over 30 years of experience in human resources and leadership capacities, including several years managing and developing highly effective team members. Masters degree in human resources and experience in dispute resolution and conflict management.
Director Zone 1 Samantha Isree
Ms. Samantha Isree is a 15 plus year Talent Management leader with a focus on the intersection of Talent Acquisition, HR and Organizational development. She has an expertise in driving employment brand awareness, social networking, nurturing relationships, developing people, building trust and measuring results.
