This services was created for urgency! We understand that your time is valuable and unfortunate situations happen. Initially you may not have planed on using our services but after you have arrived to your vacation rental, you are totally disappointed with the conditions. Don't worry, we have you covered with our RUSH SERVICE! You pick a different rental property and book on our Rush Service and we will immediately travel to the new booked rental and connect with you on Zoom video call. You can view in real time the conditions and surroundings of your new booked rental. Also with our Rush Service, you can request to be moved to the front of our bookings regardless of your situation. We will give you a four hour window period on the delivery of your photos and reports, after we know your booking time and current conditions. Note: Inclement weather or traffic condition may delay some booking orders. We strive to achieve satisfaction guaranteed to all our clients !

Cancellation Policy

The only bookings that can be canceled are the ones that was booked in advance of more than 24 hours. All other cancelations are prohibited and will not be allowed.
